I think the one-sided cancellation isn't fair. Very regrettable.

I'm sorry this was your experience. We make every effort to sync up our inventory in real time during our office hours, however multiple orders came in after office hours for this very high demand watch. We simply did not have another of this watch in stock to send you or we would happily have done so. Your experience with regards to cancellation is atypical.
