good morning we are very sorry to have read your review we had the watch checked in our laboratories and the watch is perfect and not broken as you indicated if it was not to your liking just let us know and we would have withdrawn it without problems regarding the refund we are offered to send you the courier for the collection but you preferred to do it on your own so the watch was stopped at customs for checks and inspections for more than a month. 1200 euros
