Lists “sold” watches as available. Paid for the watch and consequently asked if it had been opened and contained all original parts to which the dealer responded it has already been sold and cancelled the order. This left me out of pocket nearly USD 500 in bank fees due to international payments to Chrono24’s nostro that were remitted and returned due to the false listing. Not reccomended.

We apologise for this but as we also operate a retail shop and attend to customers who walk in to make purchases. As such the watch was sold to a walk in customer and by the time we went to update C24, we noticed this transaction. We hope for your kind understanding that we do not take sales like yours lightly.
