Seller and I negotiated a price. Seller sent me a formal price quote and I accepted. Done deal, right? A day later he tells me that he sold the watch to someone else. I was furious. He offers to send me a “gift” and I told him no, I just want the watch that I ordered and that you agreed to send me. I complained to Chrono24: they tell me that sellers can choose to sell to anyone else they want even after making a commitment. I don’t like that policy. It’s wrong. And I certainly don’t like how this seller treated me. I wasted a lot of time negotiating with him.

Verkäufer hat Geld 2x nicht angenommen und zurück gesandt, weil er die Uhr anderweitig verkauft hat, mir dies aber erst bei der anstehenden 3. Überweisung mitgeteilt. Dadurch sind mir auch Unkosten von CHF 400.— entstanden.
