Terrible experience - seller did not provide tracking details in time so I had to cancel the order and buy the watch elsewhere. Seller still shipped the item and refused to call it back. So I had to deal with the carrier and customs myself to get it returned to seller. I also had to wait for more than 4 weeks to get my money back as seller refused to agree to a release. Chrono24, for some reason, has to wait until seller confirms the return, even if the item was never handed over to buyer and seller is responsible for the return. Communication was horrible, Seller is not capable to write in clear English. I will never again deal with this Seller. I would also like to warn everybody who is thinking about a purchase to check the Japanese item description very carefully. The watch was listed as "with original papers" but the description said there is just a blank guarantee card with no details regarding the watch.

Very poor experience. Seller measured bracelet incorrectly. I had to spend $225 on additional links. Seller denied it. Even worse, the minute hand and hour hand are misaligned. Do not buy from this dealer.

I bought and payed for a watch, after I payed I bought a strap for the watch for $300 on eBay and a few days later the watch dealer here on Chrono24 said that the watch I payed for was sold, I had a very bad experience!!!
