Jeg købte et Panerai spænde med tilhørende rem. Remmen havde desværre ikke de dimensioner som sælger i annoncen havde oplyst og passede derfor ikke til uret. Jeg måtte derfor returnere mit køb.

The dealer delivers the wrong goods and reacts very unfriendly to the exchange to be carried out by him. on contact you write with several employees and everyone says something different and then shifts it to the other. never again!

Hi, we had to deal with a very rude customer, we immediately apologized for the error of the Dial sent, and he immediately attacked us verbally, we more often offered a Dial as a replacement and he never replied, we asked to return the dial and he extorted us € 200 for shipping, we didn't know how to behave anymore, a bad customer with a bad attitude and also very rude, greetings
