Shipping was very fast. Packaging was a bit light but ok. Picture quality was not great, so leaving much to interpretation/validation with the dealer. Problem was that when asked to confirm condition of the watch, the dealer provided misleading information on both the watch condition and the box and papers provided along with it. I had to return the watch as it didn’t match the dealer’s description.

Unprofessional cheap buyer looking for discounts after purchase. Shipping was excellent and still 3 star? Very unfair. No scratches on the case the buyer failed to show his claims this was a simple case of buyers remorse with bogus excuses and demands. Buyers like this need to be avoided at all costs. Terrible experience.

The watch has an issue after wearing a few day. A loose link with a non repairable screw.

Whatever the issue with the link was iam sure we could of easily handled it if given a chance! What watchmaker did you take it to? Screws are locktighted from factory and need to be heated to easily mount on/off links. We also accept returns no hassale.
