The item was fairly priced and it showed the watch with the strap, however the seller told me they cannot ship the watch with the strap given some restrictions on shipping crocodile straps. When I asked to discount the cost of the strap they refused. The point is that they advertised the watch with a strap for a cost and they shipped the watch without a strap at the same cost. This is not right.

The watch was not holding reserve properly. Initially told me it was normal and to wear it all day. Eventually I confirmed it was not functioning properly. Dealer refused to take responsibility. Although I messaged them early. Their delay tactics caused me to miss the 14 day return policy. I thought my communication with the seller would show my good faith. It was not the case. Very disappointed in this seller.

I ordered item in good faith and paid asking price. Seller communicated a day later that item was immobile and malfunctioning. They canceled my order. Who sells a vintage Omega without knowing its functionality. Would not recommend

This dealer will not point out the issues with the watch to you. If you would like to proceed with this dealer, make sure you ask questions. And look at photos in detail. As I said, any visual flaws will not be disclosed up front, look at the photos carefully and ask for more photos before you purchase.

They didnt resolve an issue I had with another watch they delivered to me which was missing a screw. I had to pay 500$ cad shipping fee to send it back. Donc recommend this seller

After saving for a long time for my first luxury watch, I decided to order the aqua terra. Shipping was fast. After receiving the watch and wearing it for 24 hours, the bracelet buckle opened by itself. After checking I realized the watch was missing a screw in the buckle. Messaged the dealer which told me that they shipped it with all the screws in place. I told them to prove it but never got a reply back. Long story short, I returned the watch AT MY OWN EXPENSE. It cost me 500$ CAD for shipping. When I asked the dealer to refund me the shipping fee they refused. Luckily chrono24 stepped in and refunded me half. So i lost 250$ CAD for absolutely no reason. Yes their prices are good but make sure to inspect your watch throughly because they won’t compensate for anytning.

Unfortunately the Omega watch did not work properly and was running too fast. 5-6 minutes / hour. The dealer stated the item worked properly when it was shipped. I was referred to the Chrono24 14 days guarantee system. But I am forced to do a service myself in Europe which will add to my total cost. Packaging of the watch was very good though.

La scatola nell,annucio non era quella spedita il commerciante deve aver sostituito la foto nel certificato , scatola sempre originale ma in condizioni spaventose come anche i documenti originali e tutto il resto ... probabilmente recuperato da una alluvione o altro .... assolutamente inconcepibile

Advertised and sold as with original documents, but delivered without valid Certificate. C24 condones it and says warranty card is enough. Panerai does not agree. Both parties are SCAMMERS.

Bei der gelieferten Uhr wurde umgehend ein Funktionstest gemacht - Die Stoppuhr kann nicht zurückgesetzt werden! Auf den Bildern des Verkäufers war das auch zu sehen. Trotzdem konnte er die Vermittlung mit einem Video davon überzeugen, dass diese Funktion getestet wurde - mit welcher Uhr, wie und wann auch immer. Ich bin enttäuscht, da die Rücksendung nach Japan zu meinen Lasten geht und muss die Uhr behalten.

Have purchased from them before and their watches are very nice. However their communication was painstakingly slow and as a result I didint manage to buy this watch this time. Something for them to work on I guess.

I would NOT use this dealer again. The Omega Speedmaster comes in a beautifully crafted, lacquered timber box. The vendor described the watch as in 'very good' condition with original box and papers The watch was in V good condition but the timber box was (badly) cosmetically damaged. As the packaging was intact it was most likely damaged prior to shipping. I notified the dealer and proposed that they either replace the box (worth $300 on ebay) or refund funds for me to buy one myself, a fair solution I thought. The vendor flat our refused. Thanks to Chrono24 who (eventually) refunded sufficient funds for me to purchase a replacement box. My understanding is that the funds came from Chrono24's commission, the vendor was not penalised. Also BEWARE of DHL, we watched their driver simply leave this $5000 watch in our lobby, he made no attempt to obtain a signature (which he was required to do). Any Chrono24 customers should be very wary of DHL. Colin R

The Omega Seamaster I purchased was described as being in ‘very good’ condition. When I received the watch there were a large a amount of scratches on the watches face consistent with a poor polish job. I brought this to the dealers attention. They were not helpful and tried to say the markings were not scratches. I can’t be bothered returning the watch. The process seems too hard and the 14 day timeframe too short. Guess I’m stuck with it.

The seller used the worst way to ship the watch! They used DHL ( the worst Shipping company In the world) I paid the duty tax for $36.93! But DHL charged me $146.36! and told me if I don’t pay they will send the watch back to Japan! They charged me $109.43 for “service” and “Processing “fee! My worst experience! Never use DHL!never!

A lot of communication, regards the time difference very fast response. On the negative side, it was not possible to get a suitable solution as a customer. The offer was for one piece of Rolex Lady Datejust President Bracelet. But always on the offer there was coming wit additional shipping fee. I paid one. From the beginning I told, that I need two pieces and I’m willing to pay one. But not double, as I want two pieces and every order came with additional shipping fee. There was consence about it. As every order was fix price and with additional shipping fee the dealer couldn’t understand my situation. He once delegate the offer and put a new one in the system, but once again fix price and with additional shipping fee. All my communication didn’t bring a change. No solution after such a long time. And than needed another long time to get my money back. Very disappointing, I suggest a intensive training for the dealer. Recommend some basic requirements and trainings before a watch seller become a Chrono24 dealer.
