Montre qui s’est avéré finalement après l’achat ne pas être en stock, comme elle était censé l’être … J’ai décidé d’être patient et après communication avec le vendeur, de convenir d’une date ultérieure de livraison. mais là Date d’expédition convenue n’a pas été respectée non plus . commande annulée . J’ai acheté ma montre chez Doux joaillerie finalement en magasin .. Pour mon premier achat sur le site, je suis déçu . Remboursement ok par le Site .

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés. Il s'agissait d'un modèle discontinué, nous avons essayé d'en trouver un autre pour vous, mais vous aviez déjà annulé la commande. La montre est finalement arrivée chez nous le 20 mai et vous en aviez besoin le 25 mai, il n'y a donc pas eu de retard. Le retour a été un peu retardé, mais comme nous vous l'avons déjà dit, le paiement n'est pas dû à nous, mais à Chrono24, et la seule chose que nous puissions faire est de poursuivre Chrono24, ce que nous avons fait pour vous également. La prochaine fois, nous améliorerons notre service. Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires. Je vous prie d'agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'expression de mes salutations distinguées.

Watch advertised they did not have readily available for sale and wanted to swap the advertised one for an older model against less than 1 per cent discount. Then they offered to do better but their communication in the process was only reactive when I asked about any progress on the transaction. In fairness they made an effort to combat a supposedly force majeure situation but they could have done better

We offered you first time the watch with 2021 warranty card when you said no we have also found a 2023 warranty card one for you. We didn´t send you the photos of the watch because in the weekend my supplier didn´t work, on Monday we sent you the photos as soon as possible. Il problema è nato da una comunicazione inattendibile del venditore . In pratica mi hanno fatto pagare un orologio esposto che non avevano in casa. Chrono24 mi ha rimborsato il dovuto ma non è stata una bella esperienza. Spero che non capiti più. Saluti Armando

Comunicazione eccellente, vendita pessima. Pagamento effettuato e dopo qualche giorno mi è stato detto che la spedizione avrebbe avuto un ritardo perché il loro fornitore era in ferie.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. The price inquiry was on the 9th and the 13th is when you accepted the order. During 4 days it is possible that anything can happen, that it is already sold at the other office or that the watch is no longer available. We always try to do our best, updating the stock and keeping track of our customers. But it becomes difficult as we are having a lot of orders, in spite of that we try to satisfy all the questions and needs of our customers. I hope you understand and best regards.

Bought a Rolex 126710BLRO on March 6th from this dealer in Spain. Payment cleared the same day. He was not able to deliver the watch even 3 weeks (March 27th) later. He said there are problems with customs - I bought inside the EU to avoid such things. Needed to ask several times, no action from the dealer, only reaction. Long story short: sells watches he does not have
