Kindly note as all of our preowned watches in Unworn condition are displayed at our physical store, some scuffs may have arisen since the watch might be tried on at the store. Hence, we always do a final inspection prior to shipping in order for us to find out any discrepancies on the watches between the listing photos. We always inspect items many times before shipping and we can assure you that there was no defects with your watch before shipping. Also, in case if there was a defect in the item, we were able to respond appropriately as a matter of course if you could have contacted us first. However, the watch was already sent for repair before the situation was reported to us, therefore we were unable to respond this time, unfortunately. We would appreciate if you could understand it.
