The watch was described as brand new and never worn when i purchased and sent my payment but than the shop contacted me saying that they made a mistake and that the watch is not brand new but used and slightly worn. I still decided to go ahead with the purchase of that watch as i was assured that the condition of it was near new, and even tho the watch was not brand new but the price remained the same and i was not offered a discount . I am satisfied with the watch, it was accurately described the second time. Also the comunication with the shop was good. I would recommend this shop but would take extra care to make sure that the items are described correctly.

They were slow to respond and sent me stock images that I found on other listings. However they did get me the exact watch that they promised with fast shipping and at the lowest price. I can recommend them for sure.

This is my first time to buy watch through chrono24.Everything is smooth and ok but if the watch has come out any unexpected situation then you will get in a little trouble and helpless.If you buy a watch though a store and this one is not a authorised dealer then mean your watch havn’t any international warranty.Just like me , when i received the watch i find the hour pointer can’t point to the right position so i ask the store .Their reply is their experts have already check the watch many times and no problem have found before they shipped out! So when i received the watch and found the problem then i can only solve the problem by myself....take to omega services centre fix it and paid by myself.
