I ordered a Rolex Sky-Dweller 42 Champagne Arabic Dial in Yellow Gold. The watch was advertised as brand new and unworn mint condition. Upon receiving the watch and inspecting it, there was a glob of black dirt stuck to the dial underneath the sapphire, clearly showing this was not a mint condition brand new watch. The watch showed signs of being opened and serviced at some point in time. It was definitely not in mint condition as advertised. Overall, very poor communication throughout the entire process. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealer and personally will never do business with them again.

Although meticulously inspected, sometimes minute particles can inadvertently enter during handling or transit, even in brand-new watches. We promptly offered a replacement or full refund upon being made aware of the situation. Dust or foreign particles can potentially find their way under the crystal of a watch, even if it's not immediately visible. While watch crystals are designed to be sealed and protect the internal components from external elements, no seal is completely airtight or impervious to microscopic particles. Dust particles can be carried by air currents, settle on surfaces, and sometimes find their way into small openings over time. This could even happen if the crown was left open during setting the time and date. It was not done intentionally and I truly believe that you know that. We spoke about the watch and you decided to "wait till the market settles down" before committing to buying another watch or replacing the one you received with another, which we completely understand. Our aim is to ensure every customer has a positive experience, and we're committed to learning from this situation to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
