Initial communication good, but after offer of purchase nothing heard for 5 days until I contacted them. Presume the email must have " fallen through the crack".

The box was broken on än edge and asked the seller but got no responce. The product itself was beautiful.

Pregunte por el diametro del reloj porque las medidas no me parecian correctas,me contestaron que si era correcto el anuncio. Cuando llego en vez de 45 que pone el anuncio era 38.

They accidentaly sent the wrong watch. Also the crystal was not set perfectly straight. Watch was in near perfect condition tho so can’t complain there. Returning it was not hard, but obviously would have been easier if I got the correct watch in the first place. I asked for a full refund to take my business elsewhere and that was bo problem. Very helpful staff.
