I specifically asked not to use UPS before making the purchase, they agreed and I submitted the purchase order which then was amended by the seller to use UPS without mentioning this to me. The company seems to just say "yes" to everything just to get the sale.

Thank you very much for your purchase. Thank you also for your evaluation. Our store uses UPS or EMS for overseas shipping. EMS is handled by the Japan Post Office, which does not currently ship to Canada. Therefore, your order was shipped using UPS. This should have been explained to you when you placed your order.
