This was a good transaction. However they accepted an offer online that they rejected over the phone. And the shipping seemed to take longer. The watch is exceptional, with all the stated accessories. The packaging was exceptional with great attention to detail and a great presentation. I would definitely buy from Bernard Watch Co. again!

The dealer performed very well and the item was as described, packaged well and shipped as promised. FedEx did not meet expectations with package delivery time or tracking info. Also was delivered without requiring a signature or any proof/acknowledgement of receipt. Was shipped with adult signature required to confirm receipt.

Seller was 5 stars all the way. I would give the Fedex shipping about a 2 star rating. Seller is definitely 5 stars though

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. Watch looked exactly as per the photos. However, the alarm function does not work. No audible beeps from the watch at all. My breitling dealer told me it could be a part fault and requires repair. I am pretty sure the watch had this fault before it was shipped.

Watch didn't work on arrival, needed to be manually wound everything, automatic feature /rotor needed service, an expensive job. Very disappointing experience.

Bernard Watch was outstanding during the entire process. Most importantly, the Breitling Chronomat was exactly as depicted on C24!... Thanks to P.J. Ingenito as well. I confident I’d both use and recommend Bernard Watch (and C24) again.

The watch is going back for a small repair as the bezel is not unidirectional. Also why was I charged a currency fee?
