There was a shipping mix-up and I got the wrong watch. Prestige quickly made efforts to remedy the issue. There were a few delays in communication but, all in all, Prestige made it right with me. The watch exceeded my expectations..I’d buy from them again.

Despite the item being listed as in stock, it took nearly a week to get it shipped. However, the watch was exactly as advertised and at a highly competitive price.

Ordered watch on June 27 with a delivery window of July 3-6. Heard nothing until Chrono24 emailed on July 2 saying the watch hadn’t shipped. Emailed the dealer that day and then messaged via Chrono24 app on July 3. Dealer responded and said item was going out July 5. Received the watch July 7 (a day late). The watch was EXACTLY as described and that’s what matters, but I’m wondering why it took a week (and some prodding) from payment to shipping. Even with the holiday in there, I don’t understand what took so long. I would order a watch from this seller again, although I suggest anyone ordering be more on top of communicating with them.

In the end the watch arrived on the last date is was promised, it was as advertised so that’s the most important thing isn’t it. It did seem that the time betweenconfirming the purchase and the actual shipping was delayed with out any communication. I feel the watch could have arrived days earlier, but like I said it showed up on the last date of the range promised so I can’t complain all that much. Yes I’d still buy from them but would probably add shipping ASAP as a condition of purchase on all future orders.

There is evidence of discrepancy of the actual watch with the sale description. The watch is not the one I expected. On the other hand, the seller is very helpful in every aspect. The seller helps to facilitate the deal of purchase; and simplify the logistic of return shipment of the watch after negotiation is settled.

I ordered 3 watches on the same day, this was my 3rd purchase that day. First watch the company sent me photos of the watch, boxed it and shipped it same day, got it the next day. Second watch they did a video call and showed me the watch, boxed and shipped same day. This company communicated the minimum amount to be good. The watch was delayed for a week and then delayed again when they went from FedEx to UPS although it came in a DHL box. The watch strap was not what was pictured. I didn't mind because I ordered a custom strap anyway. All in all they did a good job but nothing like the other two.

Asked to send to fedex ship center and they acknowledged but instead shipped it to my house. Luckily I was home when it was delivered which is very rare due to travel. It worked out but was shear luck I was home.
