Overall: very bad buying experience from this particular dealer. Per the Chrono24 ad, the watch was supposed to be fully functional but the watch arrived broken. It took me quite a while to find out what was wrong with the watch -- there is/are a/more screw(s) loose in the winding mechanism so that when I wound the watch, it did not wind the main spring. Thus, the watch ran inconsistently sometimes for a few seconds /a few minutes & stopped. I had to shake the watch very hard to get the seconds hand to re-start. But, the whole cycle of the watch working intermittently. I shared videos of shaking the watch very hard with the seller. Based on what was advertised in the Chrono24 ad, i requested a partial refund so help with the watch service, which is immediately needed. But, the seller flat-out refused. The only option given was to return the watch to Japan (seller country). I fully expected to spend the money to service the watch in due course of time but I expected a fully functioning watch upon receipt based on the Chrono24 ad. this seller is supposed to be a Chrono24 Trusred Seller with many check-outs.... I found that this Chrono24's Trusted Seller is not so-trusted..... :( Not going to buy from this seller in the future.

Unfortunately the deal didn’t work because the strap that the watch came on was alligator and could not be shipped internationally (which I understand). I asked for a replacement strap which they said wasn’t possible to include. I was trying to fight my pettiness but couldn’t get over the fact that a replacement strap was that difficult to include. To be fair, the communication was very respectful and prompt. No complaints there

The package arrived with the bottom almost falling open. If tape was used to secure the bottom of the box, it would have been much more secure.

Seller was a bit slow in responding & communicating though I had bought item. After file up for help, they responded swiftly & helpful in answering queries. Posted watch photos should be crystal clear ….room for improvement. Anyway am happy as item was delivered was better than expected!

The watch was in new/unworn condition as described. However, the outer box and internal leather panel (on wooden interior box) were slightly damaged. Overall, I would buy from this dealer again.

They sent me a watch that was described as very good condition with papers and box. True it looks great but it does not wind/run! Will need to send it for service right away and who knows how expensive this will be.

After I made payment for 3 days there was no message from the seller. I prompted a message asking about the delivery status and received an irrelevant reply. However in all fairness, item arrived in great packaging condition on the 6th day.

The product was very reasonably priced. However, it would be better if the dealer could have shown the full picture that there are some scratches on the bazel, even though i have already asked it specifically. Yet, I would not changed my decision even if I have known it.

Unfortunately the watch was too small for me, the discription could have been better but the communication & speed of shipping was excellent
