Orologio perfettamente corrispondente all'acquisto. Peccato solamente che la consegna sia stata effettuata dopo circa 40 giorni dall'acquisto e non dopo 2 settimane e senza alcun avviso del ritardo da parte del commerciante. Ogni volta ho dovuto scrivere personalmente per avere aggiornamenti

Do not choose this seller, if you have a deadline!! When I ordered the watch on May 18th, I was told there was a 2 week delivery - if I could accept that. I agreed as I was to give to the watch to my son on his graduation day June 24th, which I told the seller. I heard nothing from the seller afterwards, and therefore I wrote again on June 3rd. Now they wrote 2 - 3 weeks delivery. Being wiser now, I should have cancelled the order back then. I wrote again on June 10th. The seller answered on June 13th, that I would receive the watch in time for my sons graduation. Well on June 19 I write again, because this is really important for me, I now I'm both sad and disappointed. But obviously the seller do not care, because on June 22nd, they write to me, that they are not able to deliver the watch in time. 2 days before!! Not enough time for me to find another solution, which I guess the seller was able to figure out. They told me 7 days from this day. For the first time, they almost wrote the truth, because we received the watch 9 days after. Therefore I will NEVER choose to do business with Spazio21 ever again, and if you have a deadline, you should consider it as well, as you might be left with no present to give.

La entrega del reloj se produjo con bastante retraso de acuerdo con las fechas previstas. La comunicación con la empresa fue buena. El reloj enviado fue el ofertado y llegó bien embalado. Salvo por la demora en enviar el reloj recomendaría a este vendedor.

Dommage pour la non disponibilité de la montre au final, soyez plus clair pour les "en stock" et délais de livraisons sur les modèles neufs, j'ai été déçu que ça n'ait pas abouti.

Delivery was two weeks delayed but the vendor tried to make it up using express shipping. The watch is according to expectations.

I am happy with my purchase, as well as dealer was nice and quick to respond. But as mentioned in some other comments, items are not available to be shipped right now, so I waited 2 weeks until the watch arrived to them, and then only 1 day to receive it from Italy to Lithuania. But overall I am very happy!

I had to wait a little bit longer for the delivery but fortunately the watch arrived in perfect condition and it was well packed. The communication was OK but I have a feeling that I had received to many automated messages. All in all I am satisfied with the purchase and would buy again in the future from this Seller.

After the order was placed, it took almost three weeks until the parcel has been delivered, during which I had to proactively checkin the status otherwise no one informed me in a timely manner. The watch itself is good however the shopping experience can be improved.

Keine Empfehlung! Nach langen Verhandlungen mit Deal und Bestellung kurz danach die Bitte doch sofort zu zahlen( abends um 19:30) - darauf dann um 20:51 Uhr die Message das der Zulieferer die Uhr nicht zu dem vereinbarten Preis Liefern kann- was interessiert mich der Zulieferer meines Vertragspartners???? Uhr also nur als Vermittlungsgeschäft!?! Danke nein- nicht nochmal mit SPAZIO!

After 3 weeks of stalling (in between always prompt but still very inaccurate information) the order was cancelled by vendor because the watch was not in stock anymore! They also had the audacity to offer a very similar watch (their own words) for a 40% higher price. I obviously said no.

Der Händler antwortet immer nur englisch, obwohl er als Fremdsprache auch deutsch angibt Der Sendung lag keine Rechnung bei. Diese wurde angefordert und ist immer noch nicht angekommen.

Since it was my first time buying a watch online I was careful with my purchase, I had a bit of misunderstanding with the serial number and warranty number but it solved itself. As I said I did a bit of research myself to be on the safe side, they get this watch from an authorized tag heuer seller because I double checked with the tag heuer support. I did not do all this because I was unsure about the seller, just to be cautious on my first purchase online. Rest of the buying experience was good. They are one of the best shops I have encountered customer service wise due to the fast responses. The shipping was a bit late but due to the situation we have in the world today that is acceptable. But in the end I’m happy with my purchase, the watch came well packaged and I was satisfied, great watch!
