The watch is in beautiful condition. I am very happy with it. The seller sent me some lovely photos prior to posting. Postage was a little steep which almost put me off but the overall price was still competitive and delivery was very quick. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Bought this as a gift. The watch is authentic and beaitful. Great dealing with this dealer. The condition is new but my only comment is the protective stickers were somewhat peeling off and there was the tiniest microsratch on the steel scalloped bezel, possibly from over handling, which is something you should not expect when you are buying a luxury product at this price range and gifting it to someone. Overall, great experience and I recommend this dealer!

The dealer was very responsive, polite and communicated well. Unfortunately the delivery was poor, with the watch being left outside my door. This happened despite confirming a change in delivery date with the delivery provider. There was no signature given so I wasn’t sure how they were able to mark the delivery as complete. Payment was also made by chrono24 when delivery was marked as complete even though we did not receive it at the time. This represents a significant risk to the buyer.

As a watch enthusiast, i would want my watch to be 100% perfect from purchase even if it would be a used/old product. When the seller showed me the video of the watch, it had its chronograph set at 12 exact. but when i receive the watch, it was slightly off by 12. i went to omega service center in Singapore and was told that the metal bushing in the movement was old and needed to be replace thus the inaccuracy of the chronograph hands. Renzu should have highlighted that to me prior the purchase for me to note about it but the seller did not and could see that he wanted to just sell the watch. Second issue was, he mentioned that the watch came with papers but when i went to the service center, i was told that those were not the papers but just the booklet that describes the watch and its warranty issue. Omega warranty is and always been a CARD type and never a booklet. so yet again, a misinformation from the seller. I choose to believe that having been in the watch industry for so long, he should be able to tell what is a legit warranty/papers and whats not, thus another reason not to buy from the seller. Only good thing was, the piece is original and bracelet matched the watch serial number. last advice, buy at your own discretion. for me, i wont recommend. but if thats the only piece in the market and he has it, then go ahead but please do your due diligence before purchasing. i wouldnt recommend the seller again unless its the piece that you want which he has.

Shipping was delayed because the dealer did not respond promptly to emails from UPS. All communication was in Japanese and needed to be translated. Watch worked and was in good condition.
