My first Rolex, and first watch really. For months I've been daydreaming about this particular model. Almost no one had it in stock, Covid was throwing a shiver party everywhere, I told myself; Perhaps its not the time yet. Well, i couldn't help myself so I still looked and looked and i finally ran into Element iN Time NYC. They HAD it in stock, or so I thought. Contacted them, and they informed me that yep, they can get it but it's not in their store at the moment. I had somewhere to be so waiting was not an option, unfortunately. Gary, a turbo pro that he is, didn't over promise and under deliver, a common mind virus of every seller everywhere it seems. He told me to give him a day and he'll let me know in 24 hrs. Sure enough, they located it for a quick delivery, I sent shekels over(thx Affirm, I might even pay it back), and less than 24 hrs later i had it on my unworthy, barbaric wrist. Story doesn't end there, because I'm quite literally beyond myself with joy. Everything was buttery smooth, EiT NYC was so professional throughout the entire process and Gary, well he made me feel appreciated and respected, not to mention that he never twisted or bent promises. Great store, great and fantastic owners, Gary is a great dude and salesman, what else to say? Can't wait to buy another one, and can't wait for EiT NYC to be the ones to blow my mind again. Thx!! ;)

Dealing with the seller was super simple, even across country. With COVID changing Fedex signature requirements, they called and emailed me immediately to plan delivery to a local Fedex center, pickup was very secure and easy. There was one small issue, called them and immediately got a pickup+answer that was very clear. I would definitely buy from them again.
