First time buying on the platform. I had been eying the Grand Seiko SBGJ251 for a while. Too expensive to purchase a 2023 in Canada retail. Hopped on chrono24 and found an unworn 2021 from THE TICKEN. They were very open to negotiating and we landed on a fair price. Watch was shipped quickly, arrived in Canada in 3 days! When it arrived, box was padded in tons of bubble wrap, found all of the paperwork and such. If someone had told me the watch was Brand New instead of Unworn I wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Great piece and more importantly great purchasing experience. Would buy from THE TICKEN again.

I had a fantastic experience with THE TICKEN. Despite a minor chrono hand misalignment, which was still within Omega's factory specifications, I decided to have it repaired under Omega warranty. The dealer generously compensated me for any inconvenience and service wait time, ensuring my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended!
