For over 2 years I searched and searched for a pristine Rolex Cellini Prince in gold and AC Watches had the finest of its type, with papers and box. Kept me informed and was extremely helpful for this 'nervous' buyer all the way from Australia .. Thank you so much..made my year!

Vielen Dank für Ihre ehrliche Meinung. Wir haben Sie mehrfach versucht telefonisch zu erreichen und wurden von Ihrer Assistentin vertröstet. Leider auch hier eine sehr schlechte Kommunikation des Kunden. Er wurde über alle Schritte des Versandes informiert und die Uhr kam beim Kunden viel früher als angegeben an, die Uhr ist einem sehr guten Zustand! Daher können wir die Punkte leider nicht nachvollziehen. Wir werden uns in Zukunft noch mehr darauf konzentrieren den Service zu verbessern :)

The customer bought the watch, after we accepted the offer and sent him more pictures there was no reaction from the customer and the purchase was canceled. I see the bad communication here from the customer's side, because he didn't send us a single message. The rating is a bit surprising for us. Kind regards
