The packaging was neat and the shipping fast. Communication with the seller was good, but his reactivity was rather slow. The big problem is that while the watch was the one in the deal, . a Tissot PRX chronograph, the box was that of a Certina! So, if I decide later to resell it, the set is completely incomplete, even though it's presented as new with box and papers. What's more, an official Tissot retailer has confirmed that the watch's warranty runs until October 2023, so I've already lost 6 months' warranty. The seller gave me a discount but the problem remains the same. If I'd known, I wouldn't have done it. So, my opinion is very nuanced... )

The watch was a great price and as described, I love it. The dealer is in Sweden and I am in New Zealand yet the watch was delivered to me within 10 days. Communication was spot-on with regular updates showing the country the watch was in each day as it was shipped. It was a risk for me to send money overseas and just rely on the previous reviews for my confidence in a good outcome but I'm extremely pleased I took the risk. It was a perfect customer service experience and I have a beautiful watch. I highly recommend the dealer.

Lidt mærkeligt forløb. Jeg får en ups meddelelse om at uret skal ankomme dagen efter. Det passer mig dårligt så efter lidt bøvl med login få jeg snakket med en ups medarbejder. Vi aftaler et Pick-up sted. Jeg vil få en sms. Intet sker. Forhandleren svarer pænt hurtigt at han har bestilt varen! Den kommer snart? Der sker stadig ikke noget og ups forklarer mig nu at når man bestiller en label regner de ud hvornår de kan aflevere varen. Men hvornår den label bliver scannet og ordren i virkeligheden bliver sendt er en anden sag. Chrono 24 var flink til at følge op og rykke forhandleren. Til sidst gik alt godt. Emballagen var fin.
