Max was my contact person & she’s been great in communication and support. I had an issue though with watch. It was not working when I received as it seems it had received a shock while transportation which was so frustrating. However, Max calmed me down and confirmed that the shop will pay for the fix. It costs me another $750 and the seller paid me back $500. Thanks Max

I had a great experience buying from this dealer. They were incredibly responsive and provided all the information and pictures as I requested. The watch mostly came in condition as described. When I did complain regarding a calendar adjustment issue, they even provided a small reimbursement. Would buy from them again.
