Hi there The price was already heavy discounted and the shipment was includet in the price, since we also have cost there was no room for negotiation as we have informed you. Since you waited to long there was another customer that bought the watch for list price from us that resultet that the product was sold out. We work with small margins but we are not here to lose money, next time you see a great deal we would rekommend you to respect it and buy it before someone else does since we ship out alot of watches everyday. Moja ocena sprzedawcy jest negatywna z uwagi na to że nie doszło do transakcji, po kilku dniach od kupna otrzymałem informację o tym że zegarek uległ uszkodzeniu, w tym czasie sprzedający oferował dokładnie ten sam model tylko że już po wyższej cenie.

I ordered a Watch that was displayed „on Stock“. Several days later I was told that the Watch was not on Stock and all that after I was the one asking about the status everytime. My Experience with this Seller was not good.

I bought a new Squale Matic from this seller, which turned out to be either not new or someone changed something or it was a factory error. The original mesh bracelet that came with the watch was catastrophically damaged at both ends where it joins the lugs. The traces were as if someone had processed them with a grinder. Unacceptable. The seller offered another one, of course in exchange for €150. I refused and I asked to send this one back and get another one in exchange. The seller did not accept this and suggested that I send the watch back so that they can determine how the damage occurred at their watchmaker. If they find it's my fault, they'll charge me the postage and the watchmaker's service. Of course they will. If they could send a watch in such condition, their watchmaker did not give me any assurance. And then I get into a situation where I have to keep the watch because any further actions would only cost me more. It's just a shame that I can't post pictures so people can see what condition the bracelet was in. The watch cost €1,280 and I offered €1,150, which the seller accepted. I was looking forward to it, but unfortunately I quickly realized why the price was so good. I involved the Chrono24 support team, but even that didn't give any solution because it all came down to communication with the seller. I tried to explain to the seller why in God's name I would damage the bracelet like that, just one day after delivery. It's just illogical. But that didn't help either. I didn't want to further delay the transaction and waste my time so I decided to skip it and move on. The seller has good ratings and they have sold a lot of watches, but when it comes to solving the problems, there is a 0 rating. Good luck to you

Hi there Thank you for your unfair feedback, so now we will answer it of course. The watch was brand new when we shipped it to you and checked by us through our quality department. Since we do not sell used watches of any kind there is no way that the watch is old since it is being ordered directly from the agency since we are a authorised dealer. You did not have the watch for one day and wanted to change the bracelet with a leather one. We believe that you tried to take off the bracelet yourself and since you did not know how you have damaged it and try to blame it on us or the quality of squale which everyone know is outstanding. We asked you to sent the watch in so we can check it and if possible we would fix it for you free of charge but if it is a damage that is caused by you then there will of course be a charge for that. The only interest you had was to get a additional free bracelet in leather which does not include in this watch and has to be ordered separetly. In which we told you we can help you with for additional cost since its a separate order. For us this is a case of blaming and trying to get something out of it for free even though the mistake come from you sir. We tried to help you and answered fast but we cannot make every customer happy and you are unfortunately one of them. So unless you ship the watch to us with everything you have received we cannot help you. We need to have the watch in our hands to be able to help you but that is something that you seem not to understand. If we were able to put out a picture then anyone would know that the damage of the bracelet is cause by force and nothing else, we have great rating because we are great :) but in this case we cant make you happy and we have to accept that Have a nice day and thank you for your buisness best regards

The watch I ordered is perfect. My problem with the seller was that I (and the Chrono Team) had to keep asking the seller for sending the purchased item. It was send one week later. And this wasn’t my biggest problem. The seller didn’t even take the time to inform me about the delay, after he was asked by Chrono Team to answer me about the shipping, with days of delay I got a very careless response. I would like to emphasize that 1) the delay had nothing to do with COVID or any other issue 2) it also wouldn’t have been a problem if the seller was proactive and communicated with me. So if you need the watch by an exact date like I did (birthday etc.) do not order from this seller. And thank you for Chrono Team for making me sure that everything was okay. Otherwise I would have thought that this was a scam. Thank you!

The communication was very short and impersonal( maybe the translations,) but two issues. First was I offered to buy two of them for a specific discount. Once I bought the first they reneged on the discount offer. Second, took way too long to ship even after payment made
