I bought an old longines Chronograph heritage Flagship to this seller at 1700 € . The seller assured me that all parts were original. When I received the watch, I was surprised with the glass in plexiglass instead of sapphire (very important doubt). As I am not a professional, I brought the watch to a professionnal workshop : he confirmed me that the glass was plexiglass meanwhile the longines specifications and the seller specifications said that it was a sapphire glass. So a big non conformity,! I send the watch back and ask to be reimbursed for the cost of return because of the non conformity The seller refused me to refund the cost of return 150 € and Chrono 24 told me it is not their problem. I was refund only for the buying price but not for the cost of return ! So my advice is to avoid such professional and be careful with chrono 24 who guarantee that all the watches are genuine and their seller reliables : it was clearly not the case with this seller in particular … and my experience is that in case of big non conformity, you have to manage by yourself to find a solution. Be aware of this

We are so disappointed with this transaction ourselves. You have every right to return a watch, and it is crystal clear from the terms that the buyer pays shipping costs in case of return. What you don’t have right is to make false accusations both to us and Chrono for your change of mind and temper. We have 98% success in our feedback, that means we do our part right, something else is the problem in this transaction..

It would have been helpful if the seller told me the bracelet was totally split and I would need a new strap . This is expensive to replace and hard to get .

Hello, I am so sorry to hear you were not pleased with our watch. There was a mark on the leather strap indeed, I would not say “totally split in half” as mentioned. We rarely put brand new leather straps to our watches, since this would raise significantly the initial cost. We always leave this option to our customers, as a secondary option and cost at a later time, so they can purchase their dream watch much easier. We post a lot of photos (including the “damage” photo) so I was pretty confident you were aware about the condition. Die Automatik Hamilton Belowzero Uhr war Defekt, ging auf eine Stunde Vier Minuten nach. Habe von meinem Rückgaberecht gebrach gemacht. Auf Anfrage von mir wurde Leider der Rückversand auch nicht vom Verkäufer bezahlt. Schade

Customer could of course return it anytime within 14 days, without questions asked. No need to make false accusations. Watch is +15 seconds daily, a very good daily deviation. Probably made false accusations, so we would pay for return cost. Unfortunately is within Chrono24 terms, that buyer pays for return cost.

Neúplné Hodinky jsem obdrzel v dobrém stavu, ale bohužel kovový řemínek zmenšen na dámské zápěstí a náhradní díly na opětovné zvětšení chyběly. Pro mě to znamená nákup nového řemínku, nebot hodinky jsem obdržel při mé hospitalizaci v Pražské nemocnici se srdečním selháním
