Seller always responded to my questions promptly. In the invoice the shipping address was different from the payment address since this watch was a gift to my brother. Despite this agreement with the seller item was sent to my post address and not to the one provided in the invoice. The good thing was that I was home so I picked up the package but I was wondering would have been if I went for a vacation like I was supposed to? Other than this I recommend the seller. The item was as described.

Produsul este perfect. Comerciantul nu avea produsul în stoc și mi-a fost livrat după 1 lună. Au amânat livrarea de mai multe ori, deși banii au fost blocați în toată această perioadă.

Uhr wurde bestellt (5-6 Tage angegebene Lieferzeit). Der Verkäufer hat die Bestellung einen Tag später angenommen. Eine Woche später (nach erfolgter Bezahlung) bekam ich die Nachricht, daß die Uhr doch nicht lieferbar sei, weil ein dritter Partner nicht liefern könne. Man habe so viel Zeit gebraucht, in vergeblicher Weise eine Andere solche Uhr zu finden. Sehr träge Bearbeitung. Diese Aufgabe wurde von mir in 5 Minuten erledigt. Man muss dem Verkäufer allerdings belassen, dass im Weihnachtsgeschäft wahrscheinlich ein hohes Anfrageaufkommen ist und dass er sich zuletzt sehr höflich entschuldigt hat.

DHL Express war sehr enttäuschend, stellt die Ware ohne Berechtigung vor der Haustür ab, fälscht die Unterschrift und fährt davon... keine persönliche Übergabe! Uhr ist dafür ein Traum! Top Preis für Neuware. Danke.

Kommunikation ist anscheinend nicht die Stärke solcher Händler! Geantwortet wurde zwar immer schnell, aber leider erst nach dem ich nachgefragt habe! Von selbst kam nichts! Sonst funktionierte alles super!

Item as described. Well packaged and nice additional items like leather case and box. Only downside was the delayed delivery by 2-3 weeks. Other than that, all GOOD.

We were unfortunately unable to complete the transaction, as the timepiece was sold the day I deposited funding. The seller was extremely professional, courteous, and upfront throughout the entire transaction. Bonus for the very prompt refund.

The watch is authentic, verified warrenty on Oris official website. Very good watch 45% ligther than normal steel watch, and discription is correct by the seller. The only down side of the purchase, is that the waiting time is too long. And I planned to wait for the watch when I m at home but the watch arrives when I go out. The communication with the supplier is very good and very reactive. The seller should work on reducing the time of delivery. Other than that, this deal is ok for me.

Kommunikation zum Händler war sehr gut. Versand einwandfrei. Ich hätte mir bei der Verkaufspräsentation gern Bilder der Uhr in der Verpackung und offen präsentiert gewünscht. Ein kleines Video mit der Präsentation ebenso. Das soll hier allerdings nur als Anregung dienen. Da ich hier sehr zufrieden war, finde ich bei dem Händler hoffentlich auch eine neue Traum Uhr für meine Frau.

Die Lieferzeit war etwas lang, aber die Uhr war ohne Fehl und Tadel. Und last but not least der Preis war sehr attraktiv.

Offre d’achat confirmé par mes soins. Mail de ma part envoyé pour confirmer que le virement bancaire à été effectué. Lors de la réception du virement le vendeur m’indique que la montre à éte vendu dans leur boutique durant le laps se temps et qu’elle n’avait pas été réservé pour moi! Je suis très décu.

Kommunikation war grds. gut, ich war etwas enttäuscht von der Tatsache, dass die bestellte Uhr letztendlich nicht lieferbar war - obwohl die Uhr im Angebot als lieferbar aufgeführt wurde. Gerade beim Handel über das Internet sind aus meiner Sicht korrekte Lagerstände/Liefermöglichkeiten unabdingbar.

La communication est très bonne et courtoise . Dommage qu ‘un professionnel de ce niveau mette une annonce en ligne sans pouvoir in fine fournir la montre concernée même si ce sont des Anomalies qui arrivent. J espère être remboursé dans les meilleurs délais.
