Hi, thank you for your feedback. After investigating your claim, I can assure you that your order was not to be shipped to an incorrect address. As we use the German formatting for our delivery address, this can make the delivery address appear a little back-to-front. However, despite the fact that two numbers appeared to be switched around, this would not have affected your delivery. We also source all our watches from authorized concessionaires based in the EU.
