There was a malfunction in the watch that i received. The seller was prompt, professional and reasonable in finding a resolution and compensated me for the repair charges.

General quality of the watch and packaging were very good. same with follow up service. However, there is some stretch in the bracelet that wasn't listed in the description. Not a great surprise.

Not so clear about the watch … it’s not full set the box is damage and miss cushion and pedestal. I was disappointed and problem is he takes too much time to answer

Transaction went as expected except dealer shipped a 10 thousand dollar watch and didn't require signature for delivery despite being asked several times. Watch was delivered to the side of the road on a busy highway in full view of passing cars so yikes.
