Item came as described, very well packaged with lots of foam to protect the watch. Communication with the seller was excellent, to the point and informative. There is a time zone difference to be aware of but given the affordable pricing of their listings it is well worth the trade off. When I'm on the market for another watch, I will be checking this dealer's store first.
