Hello, We apologize that you did not have a good purchasing experience with us. Unfortunately, until our offer is accepted, we cannot reserve any watches. In between us sending the offer and the buyer accepting, the watch was already sold. We are a global company with many client advisors working with buyers interested in the same pieces. Our Singapore office was closed, but that only prevented us from getting more photos, it does not prevent another buyer from paying for the watch. We are looking for a replacement Ultraman for you as we know you really wanted this watch. I accepted the price on Chrono24 but they made a better offer. I had questions and they answered. Even if the payment arrived late, they kept the watch for me. The watch arrived very quickly. I’m so happy with them, everything was more than perfect. Hope to buy the next watch from them.

Dealer had item listed in US, but was actually in Singapore location. I communicated with dealer on condition, price, scope of delivery over the weekend. I requested additional pictures, they stated Singapore office is closed till Monday, at which time they can get me pictures. I decided to purchase the watch on Sunday via Chrono24, before seeing pictures. Dealer then messages me watch was already sold by their NY location on Saturday. Seems like the right hand doesn’t know with the left hand is doing. I’ve purchased directly from WatchBox before and the quality of their watches are excellent. This whole experience has me reconsidering purchasing from them in the future.
