Très bonne vente. Article parfaitement conforme à la description: montre effectivement neuve, avec boite et documents d'origine. Prix tout-à-fait correct. Vendeur réactif via email et envoi endéans le timing annoncé (1 semaine et demie après réception du paiement). Seul bémol, le livreur a livré la montre chez le voisin, mais ceci n'est pas inputable au vendeur.

According website product was in stock and would be delivered in 1-2 weeks. Did not hear anything and contacted seller. Found out that delivery would take 3 weeks. Pro active update would have been nice. When I indicated this was too late the process was speeded up and delivery was made before my deadline. Watch is great so finally very satisfied with the buy

I received the product with a different strap than the one described. But, after discussions with the customer service team, we reached an agreement and the problem was resolved. Beyond this little incident, i recommended this seller as serious and trustworthy.

Communication about the delivery date could have been a little clearer; after asking for an update I was given the wrong day for expected arrival. Once the confusion was cleared up, however, shipping was super fast and packaging was excellent. The watch is perfect, thank you.
