Der Händler hat die Uhr im Inserat mit „sofort lieferbar, innerhalb 1-3 Tage“ angeboten. Auf Nachfrage am 4 Tag bekam ich die Antwort, dass die Uhr gar nicht im Besitz des Händlers ist, sondern erst bestellt werden musste. In der 3. Woche nach Bezahlung hatte ich noch immer keine Versandbestätigung und habe den Kauf storniert. Ich fühle mich getäuscht. Hier werden mit falschen Angaben Kunden gefangen. Die Kommunikation vom Händler war stets nur reaktiv, nie proaktiv. 2 Sterne, weil die Antworten zumindest immer freundlich waren. Es gibt aber Händler mit wesentlich besserem Service.

I am giving Montredo a one-star rating due to their behavior in the buying and shipping process. And since this behavior, in my opinion, deviated from the rules Montredo agreed to in the Trusted Seller guidelines, I do not believe that they should be categorized as a Trusted Seller. When the item was listed, I asked a question to the dealer, to which they responded with an offer and an answer to my question. I accepted the offer and paid in full the same day. Two weeks later, the seller contacted me via email to claim that they have had an "IT error" which resulted in them giving me the wrong price for the item. They gave me two options: either agree to cancel the order or pay an extra 350 euros (roughly +40% of the base price) to receive the item. I found this troubling for three reasons: one, it is unlikely that an "IT error" would cause them to communicate back and forth with me and send me an individual offer for an item; two, I had never heard of any retailer of any kind going back on their word and making the customer pay more after all funds had been paid; and three, they chose to initiate an email instead of using the official Chrono24 service which we had been using up to that point. I declined to respond to their email and instead contacted Chrono24 for assistance. I made it clear that I wanted to continue the transaction as agreed initially, and I cited the Trusted Seller guidelines which Montredo agreed to and obligate them to complete transactions once funds are paid. A few days later, they contacted me again with the exact same email. Again, I did not respond. About an hour later, they then messaged me in the Chrono24 app saying “Thank you for your email, and I am sorry to hear of your wish to cancel.” Since I had not sent any emails to Montredo or given any indication of cancellation to Chrono24 (actually the opposite), I see no way to read this as anything other than dishonest behavior aiming to get out of the agreed order by claiming I requested cancellation. I confirmed with Montredo and Chrono24 that I wanted to continue with the order at the agreed-upon price, as the Trusted Seller guidelines obligate Montredo to fulfill. Within an hour my order was cancelled, with Chrono24 claiming that they are unable to force Montredo to fulfill the order, even though their own guidelines require Montredo to do so as a condition of their Trusted Seller status. Even at this stage, communication was poor, with Chrono24 having connection issues with a phone call and not answering any of my further calls. Simply put, I wish that Chrono24 would actually enforce their own guidelines to make sure that paid orders are fulfilled and the behavior exhibited by Montredo does not have a place on the site.

Hervorragend und sicher verpackte Ware, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation und hilfsbereit bei Rückfragen. Das Produkt exakt wie beschrieben und inkl. aller notwendigen Papiere - super. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Versand dauerte 3 Wochen, anstatt der im Inserat genannten 3 Tage, aber in Zeiten von Corona und Lieferengpässen, wohl immer noch eine akzeptable Wartezeit. Gerne wieder...

Freundliches Kundenservice!! Die Uhr entsprach exakt dem Angebot und der Beschreibung. Zustand NEU. Abwicklung über Chrono24 wie immer problemlos. Kann den Händler uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Over het niet op tijd kunnen leveren van het horloge is niet gecommuniceerd door de verkoper. Na diverse mails (van Chrono24 en koper) is het met de deal toch nog goed gekomen. Op het moment dat het horloge weer voorradig was is het snel verzonden. Dus eind goed al goed.

Die Uhr ist wunderbar und Verpackung war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Leider wurde die angegebene Versandzeit um mehrere Wochen überschritten und informiert wurde nur auf Nachfrage. Sonst war alles bestens. Ehrliche Versandzeit und pro-aktive Information hätten zu 5 Sternen geholfen.
