Die Uhr hat eklatante Defekte und muss zur Revision an den Hersteller. Nach einiger Diskussion wurde eine Einigung über eine Teilrückzahlung gefunden. Eine Uhr zu einem fünfstelligen € Betrag müsste vor Versand komplett auf Funktion und Zustand geprüft sein.

I received the order in a week. Watch was in good condition . Unfortunately it didn’t fit my wife’s wrist but I was able to return item for credit without any issue.

Ich bin überrascht, wie unkompliziert und relativ einfach alles abgewickelt wurde; dies obschon der Schweizer Zoll bei Uhren immer viele Unterlagen benöotigt. Die Uhr wurde zudem von IWC Schaffhauen auf deren Echtheit überprüft und ich erhielt ein Echtheitszertifikat und damit die Gewissheit, dass sämtliche Teile Original sind. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Die Uhrenbox hatte -vermutlich aufgrund des Transports- einen kleinen Transportschaden an einer Ecke, was aber nicht weiter tragisch ist. Denn Händler würde ich damit bedingungslos weiterempfehlen, sehr professionell und korrekt in der Abwicklung. Gerne wieder. Besten Dank für alles, ich habe riesige Freude an dieser tollen Uhr.
