I was told that the watch band would not fit. We agreed that they would keep the original strap and replace it with a quality aftermarket strap. After shipping, I was told that the band would probably fit and they shipped it ,as was. The original band was adjustable and it barely fits. I was given a discount and they were to keep the original band. I will use that discount to replace the original strap, which is tight and obviously used. This was not our agreement. The watch is beautiful but I have no trust in this dealer. They didn’t fulfill their promises and I certainly hope that there are no future problems. Would not deal with them again.

They were responsive in every regard, and in fact got me my watch on short notice (overnight), for a fair price and without ANY hassles. On time, on budget and with a friendly attitude. I'll shop with them again.
