The watch I received had a black dial instead of blue, as was announced and also visible in the photos. The seller offered me to send it back.

Le produit livré est conforme à mes attentes. L'annonce était très détaillée et je n'ai pas été déçu par la qualité annoncée de la montre. Très satisfait de Chrono24 pour cette première expérience.

Buying procedure went quick and without any trouble. I am very happy with my watch, just one little minus: in the description it said it would come with a certificate of authenticy/original paperwork, but it was just a service card. Seller said it was a mistake in the description, it’s a pity but in the end of the day overall it‘s still fine by me.

I ordered a watch for my partner for Christmas. The watch was advertised as having the original manufacturer guarantee and coming in the original box. The box came falling apart, with unglued segments and big flash on the back. Definitely didn't look gift worthy. and there was no manufacturer guarantee card. They could not provide the documents they advertised they had. Had to be returned just before Christmas which meant I didn't have a Christmas present for my partner. Not the best experience. Untrustworthy seller which is best avoided.
