Overall: very bad buying experience from this particular dealer. Per the Chrono24 ad, the watch was supposed to be fully functional but the watch arrived broken. It took me quite a while to find out what was wrong with the watch -- there is/are a/more screw(s) loose in the winding mechanism so that when I wound the watch, it did not wind the main spring. Thus, the watch ran inconsistently sometimes for a few seconds /a few minutes & stopped. I had to shake the watch very hard to get the seconds hand to re-start. But, the whole cycle of the watch working intermittently. I shared videos of shaking the watch very hard with the seller. Based on what was advertised in the Chrono24 ad, i requested a partial refund so help with the watch service, which is immediately needed. But, the seller flat-out refused. The only option given was to return the watch to Japan (seller country). I fully expected to spend the money to service the watch in due course of time but I expected a fully functioning watch upon receipt based on the Chrono24 ad. this seller is supposed to be a Chrono24 Trusred Seller with many check-outs.... I found that this Chrono24's Trusted Seller is not so-trusted..... :( Not going to buy from this seller in the future.

Beautiful watch. It's disappointing that they can't ship the alligator band with it but they did make new aware of that. I did land up buying a genuine Omegs band for it.

The watch had a manufacturing defect which the seller did not inform about in the advertisement. The dent in the envelope is only visible from the right angle. Unfortunately, at the beginning he accused me of the damage and wrote that I would be obliged to cover any repair costs if I returned the watch. I took advantage of the option to return the item within 14 days. In my opinion, this seller does not deserve to be called a professional seller. After receiving the watch, he did not admit to making a mistake, did not apologize and, of course, did not refund the costs of returning the defective watch. I do not recommend.
