POLICY & GENERAL CONDITIONS OF M.J.WATCHES bvba/sprl :

-The pictures we take are from the actual watch.
-We do not use Internat, Photoshop or archive pictures.
-For contact or information about our store you can always browse our website.
- All watches exceeded factory warranty are delivered with a 6 months warranty on the movement, water proof & chronograph (all our watches are original authentic brands) 
- All Pre-owned/second hand watches are tested for movement performance (Water proof, Chronograph etc..) 
- To avoid any misunderstanding regarding scratches etc, please view carefully all images of the watch you're interested in. you can demand some extra pictures and we will send you.
- Upon request, it is possible to polish the watch you buy for an additional cost of 80€, all scratches will be removed to its "new" state. 
- All watches listed are available in our store, we do not keep listing of ANY sold watch and remove the annoucment from internat ASAP. Our stock list is always updated.
- World wide delivery possible.
- All prices include 100% insurance on paid value and sending costs by FedEx within Europe. 
- For insured FedEx Delivery outside Europe an additional cost of 130€ might be added. 
- European delivery time is 24-48 hours with FedEx (you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number to follow the shipment) outside Europe delivery time varies.
-Please note: Any customs and / or import taxes to non E.U countries must to be paid by the buyer.
- We accept payments by wire transfer to our company's bank account & by PayPal, Payments can be done also by Chrono24 Trusted Checkout with all major credit cards or by bank transfer.
- All our watches are also available to collect at our store. 
- Please note that goods will only be sent after agreed payment is visible on our bank account. 
- Depending from bank to bank, wire transfer may take several days (usually two working days)
-We may ask kindly from all our clients that are buying from MJWATCHES through 'trusted checkout' If everything was deliverd as wished and if smooth purchase and you are satisfited from your new watch please leave a nice rating, with a comment we will be happy to read your experiance with us.
